Office Assistant
We are looking for detail-oriented Office Assistants to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. This role involves data entry tasks and requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry from paper surveys into Excel spreadsheets.
- Verify entered information for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all required data is entered within the designated timeframe.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to format and update data sets as required.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors to report progress and address any issues.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Follow established procedures to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage workload effectively.
Requirements :
