Shift : Day, 3 x 11.5-Hour Shifts (08 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM)

Duration : 22 Weeks

Pay Rate : $48 - $53 / hr | Weekly : $1,800 - $1,987.50

Job Summary :

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Burbank, IL . The OT will provide targeted interventions to support students in achieving functional, academic, and social goals. This role requires an in-person interview prior to assignment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide individualized interventions in a school setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Support students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and case conferences as required.
• Review and understand the student population prior to assignment.
