Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms with precision, utilizing cutting-edge telemetry equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on continued care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers for seamless transition and support.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, adhering to protocols and standards.
• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation to support clinical decision-making.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, demonstrating critical thinking and crisis management skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in telemetry nursing.

Qualifications :

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.

2. BCLS upon hire and maintain current.

3. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

4. ACLS within 30 days of hire and maintained current.
