Recruiting Solutions is seeking Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in the Columbia / Lexington area.  Auto-mechanic experience does well here!

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various machinery similar to extrusion and press-brake machines.

Pay ranges start at $16.50 for 1st shift and $17.50 for 3rd shift. You get an increase up to $21 / hr when hired on!

    • Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

  • Operate simple to complex automated machines in a climate controlled environment
  • Make required adjustments to maintain specifications using engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written operator instructions, and boundary samples
  • Process components within established operator cycle times
  • Measure components and test complete assemblies using calibrated test and measuring tools
  • Prepare needed documentation
  • All other duties as assigned

    • Education / Experience Required :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience required
  • Ability to operate Automated Equipment
  • Ability to use common hand and power tools as well as perform calibrated tests and use measurement equipment
  • Able to communicate effectively with a team and work in a group environment
  • Must be able to pass an assessment in office
