  • Top Skills : Application Support Troubleshooting experience (application and network support) Strong communication skills Technical support experience Linux OS experience This employee will perform system analyst assignments, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintenance of complex client server and web-based applications. This position is responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages implemented for the department. This employee may also troubleshoot and manage applications using the following tools : Linux OS, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications, Visual Basic Scripting, Web Services, Power Apps, Sharepoint, other software as required. This position will be maintaining customer COTS / SAAS applications and should have experience with Application and Network support. Prior experience with Technical Writing, Customer Service, and Linux OS. The ability and drive to research and learn continuously with exceptional problem-solving skills is a MUST.
