Service Administrator

New full time on-site opportunity based in Billerica MA for a Service Administrator to assist the Bruker BioSpin Director of Field Service Operations with daily administrative tasks and customer communication.

Responsibilities include :

• Daily coordination with BBIO Service and Lifecycle Support (SLS) Management, Field Service Engineers, Logistics, Factory Team colleagues and customers on various assigned tasks.
• Facilitating incoming movement and return shipment of parts, ensuring that all proper authorizations are completed.
• Assisting with monthly financial forecasts and end of month performance reporting requirements.
• Monitoring and distributing Point Of No Return information for upcoming deliveries / orders.
• Assisting SLS AMER team with RMA / SFDC data entry and tracking of billable opportunities.
• Distributing New Order delivery information to corresponding members of local Service team.
• Monitoring late deliveries and back orders.
• Coordinating with internal departments to obtain information needed for accurate response to customer and field service engineer inquiries.
• Monitoring the maintenance of customer service databases by / from entered cases information and equipment data.
• Maintaining and updating service reports and installation acceptance records.
• Building and maintaining a working knowledge of Bruker BioSpin products, sales promotions, and order processes.
• Providing additional BBIO SLS administrative support as required for service operation needs.
• Performing other duties and projects assigned.

Qualifications include :

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $44,100 and $76,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
