• 4 Key ingredients to success : Teacher, Coach, Mentor, and Friend
• Nuture and grow opportunities thru personal and social networking, COI's, and company generated leads.
• Manage and service client needs before and as they arise.
• Foster continued growth thru delivered customer experiences.
• Maintain continued training and knowledge of new product and systems.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets.
• Be willing and ready to take on other duties as needs arise in a small office envrionment.
