Responsibilities :
Review inbound faxes from healthcare providers regarding prescription coverage requestsVerify that all required information (e.g., provider details, patient data, medication dosage) is completeAccurately enter prescription request details into the system for coverage determinationHandle inbound phone calls from providers to collect and verify prescription information (approximately 20 calls per day)Maintain professionalism and clear communication while assisting providersEnsure accuracy by following structured processes and reviewing member information for discrepanciesQualifications :
6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance-related customer service rolesStrong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with healthcare providersHigh attention to detail for verifying prescription and patient information accuratelyAbility to attend on-site training just south of Boston, MA
