Role Purpose Statement

Ramp Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all ground-level activities related to aircraft catering and loading. This role requires a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer service. The supervisor will ensure seamless operations, on-time performance, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

You must have schedule flexibility. This will more than likely be a PM or Grave shift but must be open. Main Accountabilities

Supervisor Responsibility

• Oversees daily ramp operations, including loading and unloading of catering equipment and supplies.
• Manages ramp personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA, FAA, and TSA guidelines.
• Conducts regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Coordinates with flight operations and catering teams to ensure timely and accurate loading of aircraft.
• Monitors and optimizes ramp efficiency, including equipment utilization and workflow.
• Resolves operational issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintains accurate records and reports on ramp activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
