With a reasonable billable hour range (1400–1800) and full benefits, this position is ideal for candidates who value client service, case ownership, and sustainable career growth.

What You’ll Do :

Manage and lead employment litigation cases from intake through resolution

Draft and argue motions, negotiate with opposing counsel, and appear in court

Provide strategic counseling on a wide range of employment matters

Work directly with clients and manage complex dockets and deadlines

(Bonus) Handle matters involving higher education or Title IX

Who You Are :

An attorney with 5+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience

Comfortable leading cases, advising clients, and appearing in court

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

Collaborative and communicative

Massachusetts Bar membership preferred , or willing to obtain it within one year
