    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement Agile methodologies to drive efficiency and improve marketing & business processes. 🔹 Facilitate Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to optimize workflows and collaboration. 🔹 Adapt to market trends and continuously enhance strategies for better results. 🔹 Manage remote projects with clear communication, team alignment, and iterative improvements. 🔹 Coach individuals and teams on Agile best practices, fostering high-performance cultures.

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • Experienced Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Project Manager with expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe .
  • Strong knowledge of Agile transformations, team facilitation, and continuous improvement methodologies .
  • Proven ability to lead projects remotely , ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills .
