The Electrical Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of electrical service operations to ensure customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and profitability. This includes managing a team of electricians, handling service requests, ensuring timely billing and collection, scheduling work, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As a Service Manager at Fisk Electric, you will have the opportunity to :

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and service technicians, providing training, guidance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and safety-focused work environment.
• Oversee staffing decisions, scheduling, project coordination, and timely completion of service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring work aligns with quality standards, codes, and client expectations.
• Conduct performance reviews, implement quality control measures, and collaborate with project managers and other departments to integrate service work into broader projects.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation, monitor costs, and work with the finance team to achieve financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by assessing needs, providing accurate estimates, resolving service issues promptly, and developing new business opportunities.
• Prepare and review operational reports to identify improvements, ensure compliance with safety and legal standards, and drive customer satisfaction.
