Software Engineer, Frontend, Human Resources Information System

What to Expect HRIS team is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and development of our web applications for our internal users. As a member of the team, you will take ownership of complex features from design to deployment, setting a high bar for technical excellence. You will be a key technical voice, collaborating closely with the product leads and backend / AI engineers to transform complex technical requirements into robust, high-performance user interfaces. You'll leverage modern technologies like Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript and JavaScript to create dynamic, visually compelling applications and tools that empower users.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications for the People Systems in Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Learn complex systems pertaining to order flow, be responsible for deployment, stability, and usability of applications
• Deliver end-to-end, fully functional features - from requirements gathering through production deployment
• Work with a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers and DevOps Engineers to own your solution from development to production Alignment with company's mission of accelerating world's transition to sustainable energy
• Contribute to performance optimization of the existing flows and ensure seamless integration
• Monitor live system metrics, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot production issues
• Communicate changes in project estimates, dependencies, and blockers with affected stakeholders quickly
• Learn new technologies, practices and business concepts to solve new problems as company grows

Expected Compensation $133,440 - $200,160 / annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
