We are currently seeking an analytical, engaging, detail-oriented EOS Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Enterprise Operations Services Division - Compliance Team. In this role, The EOS Quality Assurance Specialist performs independent quality assurance testing, user access reviews, and support for the division.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (Hours may vary)

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $54.5k - $71.5k / year; commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years professional level banking operations experience including audit, compliance or risk responsibilities required
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills essential
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organization skills to perform multiple tasks simultaneously within short deadlines
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be a self-starter
