Step into the world of assembly with us! As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll be hands-on with printed circuit boards, cable harnesses, and more. This temp-to-hire role offers full benefits upon conversion and the chance to work with a supportive team.

Your Role :

  • Wire excellence : Cut wires to precise lengths, strip, tin, and bend them to fit snugly into assemblies. Fasten terminal connections with precision to ensure seamless electrical flow.
  • Blueprint Brilliance : Follow detailed blueprints, wire lists, and diagrams to assemble and install electrical and electronic components. Your keen eye for detail will ensure everything operates in perfect sequence.
  • Tool Time : Master the use of hand tools like wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers. These tools are your best friends in crafting flawless assemblies.
  • Machine Magic : Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment with finesse, turning raw materials into finished products with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Quality Control : Keep a sharp lookout for any quality issues and promptly notify your group leader or supervisor. Your vigilance ensures our products meet the highest standards.
  • BOM Building : Assemble components according to the bill of materials (BOM) or assembly drawings, and verify document revisions in Agile to keep everything up-to-date.
  • Soldering Skills : Perform solder touch-ups or solder parts as needed, ensuring every connection is solid and reliable.
  • Workspace Wizard : Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly workstation, because a tidy space leads to a tidy mind—and top-notch work!

What You Bring :

  • Experience : High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years in assembly (IPC / JSTD preferred).
  • Skills : Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Mobility : Lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks requiring full body movement.
  • Dexterity : Good hand and finger dexterity for precise work.
