Physician Assistant physician employment in Oregon : Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join an established Primary Care team at PMG Gateway Family Medicine. You will have the opportunity to make a vital impact to those in need by providing care to patients through the lifespan, to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population. Youll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered team made up of a robust group of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, on-site case management, and an experienced clinical support team. • Full-time, 1.0 FTE
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours, 4-5 days / week schedule
• Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)

• 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care or high-acuity setting required
