Job Description :

As a Business Systems Analyst, this role serves as the operational lead for privacy program administration, workflow optimization, and process automation. The position involves managing incoming privacy-related requests, leveraging SaaS tools for efficiency, and ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain meticulous documentation, and design automations to streamline complex processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the privacy program operational lead, triaging and routing incoming requests related to advertising data privacy
• Manage program intake lifecycle using platforms like Jira, Confluence, Outlook, and Slack
• Design and implement process automations and communication templates using Airtable, Jira, and Outlook
• Monitor program bandwidth and provide daily status updates to ensure alignment with goals and regulatory deadlines
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance across all program data and workflows

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
