Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with healthcare providers across their assigned territory. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
• Conduct product presentations, in-services, and educational sessions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and meetings
