In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping individuals find meaningful employment opportunities and navigate the job market. As a member of our employment services team, you will provide expert guidance, support, and resources to job seekers while collaborating with local employers and community partners.

Job Description

• Match job seekers with suitable employment opportunities and facilitate the application process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, job placements, and program outcomes
• Develop and nurture relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote our services
• Stay informed about labor market trends, job search strategies, and employment laws
• Participate in outreach activities and job fairs to promote employment services
• Collaborate with program staff to understand the needs and skills of participants and match them with suitable employment opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with employers across various industries to create job and internship opportunities for program participants
• Other duties as assigned
