This position is responsible for heavy account reconciliations, resolving customer deductions / disputes, along with collections.

Responsibilities :

• Heavy reconciliations; deductions, discounts, and customer disputes.
• Review and maintain a portfolio of assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
• Make calls or send emails in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
• Resolve client disputes in a timely manner.
• Respond to daily emails (internal or external) in a timely manner.
• Follow up on emails for "promise to pay" and "payment reminders" in a timely manner.
• Have a working relationship with vendors, internal sales personnel, and customers.
• Assist with other tasks within the accounting department as they are assigned.

Job Type : Full-time Monday-Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
