About The Position

Locum CRNA Opportunity – Kankakee, IL – Weekdays Only, No Call

A full-time locum opportunity is available for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in Kankakee, Illinois. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, a supportive team environment, and a generous completion bonus.

Position Details :

Start Date : October 1, 2025

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Shift Options : 8- or 10-hour shifts

Call Requirements : None – no nights or weekends

Case Types Include : General Surgery

Orthopedics

Additional Information :

CRNAs are medically directed

CRNA-to-MD ratio : 2 : 1

MDs also perform their own cases

EMR system : iPro

Estimated credentialing timeframe : 60 days

No licensing candidates accepted

Responsibilities :

Pre-anesthesia assessment

Patient consent verification

Discussion of anesthetic options and risks

Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Monitoring and clinical intervention as needed

Qualifications :

Active Illinois license required

ACLS and BLS required
