Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver & Materials Coordinator to join our 503A compounding facility. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining compliant material handling, accurate inventory management, and efficient coordination across our three warehouse suites (100, 200, and 300).
The ideal candidate has experience in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical environment, understands the importance of documentation and traceability, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Location : Southend Pharmacy 4802 North Sam Houston Parkway West, Houston Texas 77086 .
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials (APIs, excipients, packaging components, and supplies) for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, quarantined, and documented in accordance with GMP and facility SOPs.
- Coordinate material movement between suites (100, 200, and 300), maintaining chain of custody and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through timely system updates and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory Control to ensure efficient material flow to production.
- Manage storage organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas.
- Support compliance during audits by maintaining receiving and material records.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment.
- Occasionally assist with outdoor deliveries or loading / unloading of shipments.

Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training preferred).Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or materials coordination experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (training available).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors as needed.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.Preferred
2–3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated, 503A / 503B compounding, or pharmaceutical warehouse environment.Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and material traceability requirements.Experience with ERP or electronic inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, or similar).Familiarity with raw material and finished goods handling in a controlled or cleanroom environment.Prior experience supporting regulatory or quality audit.Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors as needed.Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meetingAbility to maintain focus in a typical office environment with moderate noise levelsAbility to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing.Benefits
