Key Responsibilities Guide and direct support center vendor partner managers to ensure effective service delivery Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Analyze service performance data to identify opportunities for improvement Required Qualifications College or university program certificate; or four to six years of related experience and / or training Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and workforce management Knowledge of hotel operations Proficient in IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau) Experience in project management
