Key Responsibilities Oversee the creation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs) and fee schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance Design and manage templates for GBS, ensuring they are standardized and user-friendly Establish governance processes for SOWs and fee structures while identifying opportunities for process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or a related discipline 4-6 years of experience in service governance, contract management, or business operations Proven ability to manage complex documentation processes Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions Experience in process improvement, standardization, and automation
