We are looking for an experienced Controller with a solid background in healthcare operations to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee and enhance financial processes within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Lead month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee healthcare-related financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage financial audits, addressing findings and implementing improvements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in financial operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial practices with company objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Background in healthcare operations with a clear understanding of industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage financial audits and address areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in Workday and other financial systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
