  • Human Resources Coordinator  Job Overview  We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team at BS&A Software!
  • This is an entry level hourly position with room for growth for the right person.

  • Our steady growth is driven by a commitment to customer service both internally and externally.  The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations and assisting the recruitment process.
  • This role will serve as a key link between candidates, employees and the Human Resources team.

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide essential administrative and organizational support.     Key Responsibilities  Human Resources Coordination  Maintain accurate employee files and Human Resources database.  Coordinate HR-related events.  Assist in compliance tracking and HR Reporting as needed.  Assisting with other duties as assigned.  Recruiting Support  Coordinate interviews by scheduling across time zones.  Assist Recruiter in any candidate outreach as needed.   Partner with Recruiter to track key metrics like turnover, retention, time to fill and providing insights on improvement.  Administrative & Team Support  Manage Calendars for Human Resources Business Partner and prepare agendas or materials for Human Resources team discussions.  Provide administrative support to employees.  Contribute to process improvement projects, offering feedback on ways to streamline HR workflows within team discussions.   Draft Internal emails, announcements and communications to keep employees informed on important information.   Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure all processes meet confidentiality standards.  Provide flexible assistance across the HR and Recruiting team as business needs evolve, stepping in to support other projects or administrative tasks as required.  Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience within Human Resources, recruiting or administrative experience   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  High attention to detail and accuracy.   Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite   Ability to manager stress & anxiety in a fast-paced environment  Familiarity with HRIS / ATS systems (preferred)  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates, employees and managers.  Other Information :   This role will be hybrid after the initial training period with in-office flexibility thereafter.  This is an hourly nonexempt role.     Our benefit package currently includes :   Health Insurance –BCBS of Michigan –Employer-paid premium  Health Savings Plan –Employer contributes 75%  Dental Insurance –Employer-paid premium  Vision Insurance –Employer-paid premium  Retirement –401(k) –Employer-paid  Retirement –401(k) –Employer matches 50% of team member contribution  Paid Parental Leave  Disability Insurance –Employer-paid premium  Life Insurance –Employer-paid premium  Generous PTO and Holiday Time  Company-sponsored events    BS&A Software uses E-Verify as part of the I-9 process to verify the work eligibility of all new hires.
