Job Description

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Must have strong leadership, technical understanding, and change management expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional teams on high-visibility projects.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks.

Apply ADKAR (Prosci) change management practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Oversee integrated schedules, risk plans, and release planning.

Required Skills :

5+ years project management experience.

Experience with ADKAR (Prosci) Framework.

Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and IT infrastructure.

Proven success with vendor-supported technical projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
