As a Restoration Technician youll perform hands-on work to restore properties and customer belongings from all types of property damage directly impacting the recovery process. This is a fast-paced physically demanding role where your skills make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on restoration work for all types of property damage including water fire smoke and other damages.
• Extract water perform demolition cleanup and pack-out of damaged contents.
• Respond to water fire smoke and other property damage emergencies in homes and businesses.
• Handle fire / smoke damage remediation including cleaning packing moving and disposal of non-salvageable items.
• Set up monitor and document drying and restoration equipment for water or other damage mitigation.
• Clean launder and restore customer belongings in a fully equipped facility.
• Accurately document all work in company software (photos notes forms).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors teammates and clients throughout all types of restoration projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE; provide field feedback if procedures are not followed.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule weekend and overtime shifts as needed.
• Complete tasks according to company processes maintaining quality control and attention to detail across all restoration work.

• Physically capable of hands-on work including lifting carrying pushing / pulling and working in confined spaces (crawlspaces attics) or at heights.
• Presentable and professional wearing company uniform and maintaining a clean appearance.

Requirements Must Haves

• Must pass a background check back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have a valid Oregon Drivers License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 5070 lbs frequently.
• Ability to stand walk squat crawl climb ladders and work in various indoor / outdoor environments for extended periods.
