Job Description

The Director of Marketing is a strategic leader who oversees a team to drive innovative marketing strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives. The leader is tasked to create demand for Lennox products through effective growth campaigns, brand and product messaging, sales promotions, and outstanding digital customer experiences. This leader drives all marketing activities and owns customer facing digital platforms. Key success metrics include market share, price, mix, customer acquisition, NPS, and digital engagement. The Director, Marketing works collaboratively with business leadership in sales, product management, IT, and customer support to align the go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies (including email campaigns, social media promotions, website presence, digital tools, and customer events) to drive growth, customer engagement, and loyalty.
  • Work with business unit leadership to leverage data-driven insights and define an overall marketing strategy, including the financial metrics for marketing programs and revenue generation goals.
  • Design and maintain guidelines for the brand, generating new and innovative ideas while maintaining a consistency of customer experience.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign reach, performance, and effectiveness through ROI; in addition to tracking customer interactions (not limited to - SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, content syndication).
  • Ensure the business continues to successfully execute, and even further improve, the quality and impact of the external and internal customer events.

  • Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

    Experience / Qualifications / Education :

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing or business is required. MBA or equivalent business / advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing and / or field sales and a successful track record in driving business solutions / results.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing high-performing teams setting a vision and inspiring them to achieve their goals.
  • Full understanding of approaches to assessing and improving the customer experience.
  • Ability to creatively apply extensive marketing knowledge including growth strategies, digital technologies, branding, product life cycle, competitive positioning, and communications.
  • Must be motivated and resourceful.
