Requisition Summary

The Occupational Health Nursing Supervisor manages the onsite first-aid clinic and medical staff in supporting employees with both work related injuries and non-work-related health questions. This position will also be responsible for creating and maintaining general operating procedures for the clinic, maintaining budgets for first aid medical equipment and supplies, consulting with off-site physician clinics, providing additional resources to the business as changes demand, and working closely with the Safety Manager in the identification and prevention of injuries / accidents.

This role reports to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with operations, manufacturing engineering, and facilities to achieve the plant's overall safety goals.

Salary Information

The salary range for Occupational Health Nursing Supervisor is $84,000 - $119,900 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above.
