Position Summary

The Staff Accountant – Accounts Payable is responsible for general AP processing, reconciliations, and accounting support in a high-volume environment. This role delivers exceptional service to both Corporate Support and Operations teams and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare journal entries and record period-end accruals.
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet strict deadlines and maintain organized workflows.
• Complete additional projects and special assignments as needed.
