Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Practice Highlights

• Clinic Hours are Monday – Friday 8 : 00am – 6 : 00pm
• Shift Schedule : 5 – 8s or 4 – 10s
• Beautiful facility with Lab services and Imaging
• 100% Same Day appointments with online scheduling and video visits
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Epic EMR
