Position Summary

We're seeking a driven  Comfort Advisor  to lead in-home consultations, present system options, and manage each project from the first handshake through installation. This role blends  sales, customer service, and technical HVAC knowledge to deliver 5-star experiences to homeowners seeking comfort, efficiency, and value.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys helping customers make informed decisions, and takes pride in seeing projects through from sale to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Customer Engagement :

Prospect new business through referrals, inbound leads, and networking. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Assess home comfort needs, system requirements, and budgets while educating customers on HVAC options and efficiency improvements.

Create and present at least  three customized system options  using ServiceTitan or similar CRM tools. Explain product benefits, warranties, and financing.

Guide customers through contracts and financing options, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Work closely with install teams and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and seamless project handoffs.

Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation to post-installation follow-up—maintaining professionalism, communication, and accountability throughout.
