PC Technician

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to facilitate the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with county hardware standards and security policies. This person will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations.

This role requires experience with larger scale deployments of Windows 10 / 11 computers, all Dell computers. They will be directly facing end users (customers) who may not be technical.
