Job Title : Pattern Engineer 3

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and refine Tech Packs for assigned styles, ensuring all documentation, including product specs and prototype notes, is up-to-date.
• Implement fit and construction standards to maintain consistency across product groups.
• Oversee prototyping to ensure timely development and delivery, aligning with critical dates and performance goals.
• Address and resolve construction and manufacturing challenges to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead fit sessions and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring product integrity.
• Collaborate with design teams to innovate and enhance on and off-pitch apparel.
