job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRoutinely performs general building / contracting functions under direct supervision. Understanding and performance of various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general interior and exterior building work. Performs routine maintenance for buildings. Orders parts, supplies, or equipment to fix routine commercial and industrial buildings Plans and lays out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams. Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties as needed. Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
