Enterprise Solution Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Enterprise Solution Sales Executive with a proven track record in solution selling within complex enterprise environments. This role is focused on driving strategic sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across targeted industries, including manufacturing, retail, financial services, and professional services.

The ideal candidate will be a consultative seller who understands industry challenges and can position Dynamics 365 as a transformative platform for business growth and operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across enterprise accounts.
• Engage with C-level executives and business decision-makers to understand industry-specific challenges and align Dynamics solutions accordingly.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution mapping, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical consultants, and Microsoft account teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Accurately forecast and report pipeline and sales performance.
