Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Schedule : 5x8s | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend per month

Position Overview :

Join a collaborative therapy team as a Travel Occupational Therapist working across acute care and outpatient settings . This is a full-time contract role designed for experienced therapists who can deliver comprehensive patient-centered treatment and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities :

Deliver Occupational Therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician

Develop individualized care goals in consultation with care teams, patients, and families

Perform patient evaluations and re-assessments

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Participate in rounds, clinics, and interdisciplinary meetings

Provide education to patients, families, and staff

Maintain equipment and therapy supplies

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligibility – REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care and outpatient settings

BLS Certification (AHA) preferred

Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
