Develop quotes, present insurance solutions, and close sales. Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage. Educate clients on how our insurance products protect their assets and loved ones. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term relationships. Licensed P&C professionals preferred , but we will train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow. Strong integrity and a solid work ethic must provide references. Proven sales success (1+ years in commission-based sales or a related field). Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.
