Overview of the Accountant Role :

Reporting directly to the Assistant Controller, the Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and precise financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.

Prepare journal entries, conduct account reconciliations, and assist with monthly close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections, leveraging your analytical skills and financial acumen.

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant :

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, providing you with the foundational knowledge necessary for success in this role as an Accountant.

Bring a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience to the table, demonstrating your proficiency and expertise in financial management as an Accountant.

Experience in the construction industry is a plus, as it provides valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities that this sector presents.
