A Day in the Life of a Lane Server

Start your shift with a team check-in to align on daily goals and specials. Throughout the day youll greet guests take and deliver food and beverage orders to bowling lanes theaters or arcade tables and help ensure their experience is nothing short of excellent. Along the way youll upsell our delicious offerings operate the POS register accurately and clean and prep areas for the next guests.

Our busiest times are when others are relaxing so we need people who can work nights weekends and holidays. Well always do our best to create a schedule that fits your life while keeping FatCats running smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 Years old
• Be a Team Player : Collaborate seamlessly with coworkers and communicate with clarity and purpose.
• Create Memorable Moments : Engage with guests to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
• Stay Ahead of the Game : Be proactive anticipate needs and tackle tasks with efficiency and focus.
• Upsell Like a Pro : Learn our products inside and out to recommend the best deals and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Keep it Clean and Safe : Follow safety cleanliness and sanitation standards while handling transactions with accuracy
• Preferred : It would be great if you had your Utah Sips N Tips Food Handler Permit and a Manager on Premise Alcohol Certificate but it isnt required to apply.
