Primary Responsibilities :
Manage the entire client on-boarding project for implementation, main contact for the clientConduct the client benefit discussions with all parties and ensure client sign-off for their benefit intent formsCoordinate efforts with internal departments for the creation of formulary, specialty products and pharmacy networksCoordinate formulary / specialty disruption analysis for impacted membershipWork with Operations and Functional leaders to proactively identify implementation issues and drive their resolutionFacilitate meetings at various levels of the organization, including weekly management reviewsMonitor, track and report implementation status performance, internally and with the clientIdentify implementation risks, implement a mitigation / action plan and drive improved outcomes, communicate to senior leadershipEnsure accuracy of plan updates and missed deliverables from all teamsManage pre-implementation audits with the audit department and the clientReport on client status and issues at weekly leader meetingManage the implementation of pharmacy benefit plans for all direct business market types and all levels of complexityDevelop and present presentations for new business customer finalist presentations with SalesMentor other team members within implementationsYoull be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or experience managing complex projects with various stakeholders2+ years of experience in a client-facing roleBeginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Outlook manage email / Excel input data and run reports / Word create and edit documents)Ability to travel up to 25% within the USSoft Skills :
Demonstrated experience in client facing environmentStrong experience influencing externally with soft power, driving cross-functional collaboration and negotiating win-win solutionsAbility to present to all levels of management and audiencesProven ability to ascertain client needs through active listening skills, and consultatively work with clients to achieve business objectivesEffective skills for navigating and driving results across operations, network, and clinical domains in a highly complex, matrix environmentExcellent communication skills, oral and writtenAll Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Groups Telecommuter Policy.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, youll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
