We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Austin office. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails efficiently
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room reservations
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
