Company Description

Andros is developing a novel reactor to produce ammonia efficiently at atmospheric pressure. Our reactors replace the status-quo Haber-Bosch process for ammonia production which hasn't changed in over a century. Our reactors can enable a switch to low-carbon fertilizers, ammonia as a hydrogen carrier, and sustainable marine fuels.

We are transitioning from the lab to a pilot-scale system and seeking expert strategic advisors to help us navigate this critical phase.

Role Description

We are seeking results-driven Advisory Board Members to join our strategic leadership group. The ideal candidates are not just mentors; they are active partners who will provide strategic guidance, open doors, and help us de-risk our commercialization path.

We will compensate advisors with an equity grant that vests over a two-year period, aligning their success directly with our own.
