YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with multiple consistent shift options :

As our Front Office Manager, you'll oversee all in-house operations outside of fieldwork. You'll manage inbound and outbound phone calls to develop marketing strategies, handle payroll, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll be the backbone of our operations, building efficient processes and laying the groundwork for future team members. This is a hands-on role that evolves as we grow, giving you the chance to delegate and lead your own team as we scale.
