Hightower Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric-focused private practice founded with the goal of providing quality care to children and their families. We also strive to support parents and caregivers as they help their children meet their individual needs.

We are centrally located in Montgomery, right off of Carmichael Rd. We are looking to grow our company and to add more dedicated staff to our team.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to target each child's individual goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure the carryover of learned skills into the child's daily life.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of daily sessions, patient progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in discharge planning and provide caregiver education to ensure continued success post-treatment.
