This is a 1.0 FTE working Monday-Friday 8a-4 : 30p (7a-5 : 30p if 10-hour day). Currently no weekends or holidays.  You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Inpatient Medical Oncology Consults to :

At UW Health, you will have :

Education :

If Nurse Practitioner :   Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.

If Physician Assistant :   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.

Work Experience :

Preferred - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum –  State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
