Job Summary
As a Server, you'll command a busy floor, guiding guests through the dining experience. If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answering questions, and making suggestions.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and beverage services
- Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests.
- Complete all side work as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) :
Active TABC and Food Handlers certifications requiredMinimum of 1-year server experience requiredExcellent customer service and people skills requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredGood working knowledge of beverages and a willingness to learnAbility to prioritize job duties and manage time effectivelyAbility to read menus, safety documents, etc.Prior experience with POS systemsBenefits and Perks :
