Python Developer with GCP and BigQuery Experience

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Take full ownership of an existing cloud-native application on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) primarily using App Engine and Data Store.
• Collaborate with the current resource to understand system architecture workflows data pipelines integrations and dependencies.
• Maintain and enhance Python-based application workflows ensuring code quality scalability and performance.
• Design develop and optimize data queries and analytics with BigQuery for reporting and insights.
• Manage deployments monitoring and troubleshooting of the application in GCP.
• Identify and implement architectural improvements cost optimizations and automation opportunities.
• Ensure application uptime reliability and performance including support for production incidents.
• Serve as the main point of accountability for the application communicating with stakeholders business users and technical teams.
• Utilize strong hands-on experience with GCP services (App Engine Data Store / Firestore BigQuery).
• Apply proficiency in Python for backend development and data processing.
• Analyze and document existing systems and propose enhancements.
• Leverage strong problem-solving troubleshooting communication and collaboration skills.
• (Preferred) Experience with GCP IAM Cloud Functions Cloud Storage Pub / Sub DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
• (Preferred) Background in application ownership / transition including knowledge transfer from existing teams.
