COMMUNITY MANAGER
for our single-family rental home community,
Chapel Creek Cottages in Fort Worth, TX .
The Successful Candidate Should Have The Following Requirements
2-4 years in management experience in property management or business
Proven ability to manage community operations, maximize rental income and minimize expenses through control and planning
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Experience with financials, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
Excellent marketing skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High energy and a professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
